Some residents like to get their hands dirty in our vegetable garden, while others like to create their own garden space – our gardens and gardening are a huge part of life at Blue Mountain Manor.

Located in picturesque Clearview Township, Blue Mountain Manor is in the heart of Stayner, Ontario. Stayner has a little bit of everything on offer, including beautiful farmlands, parks, a vibrant farmer’s market, and great downtown shops and restaurants. Blue Mountain Manor is conveniently located near shops, grocery and pharmacy. The Library, Legion Hall, Post Office, and Medical Centre are just blocks away and can be reached on foot, by bus or on your personal scooter.

Shelley Chapman, RPN

General Manager

Shelley Chapman is our General Manager as well as our Director of Care. Her outstanding nursing skills and experience make her a terrific resource for our residents and their families as they navigate the aging process. Shelley brings passion and dedication to making retirement living great.

Karen McDowall

Director of Administration

A dedicated and passionate Toronto Maple Leaf’s fan, Karen brings that same passion to her role as Administrator at Blue Mountain Manor.  You’ll find Karen at the front desk and she can answer or find the answer to just about any question you may have.  If you come for a tour, you’re sure to meet Karen as she shows you the best of what Blue Mountain has to offer.

Tammy Leblanc

Director of Culinary Services

Tammy exudes the warmth of Blue Mountain Manor, whether it’s her delicious melt in your mouth biscuits or the smell of freshly baked cookies, Tammy is sure to be making something great in her kitchen.  A kind and listening ear, Tammy is a great friend to all the residents, families, and staff of Blue Mountain Manor.

Cheryl Lloyd

Director of Recreation

Cheryl makes the most of retirement living with her dedication to providing excellent recreation programming.  With many years of experience, Cheryl tailors all our programs to the needs, abilities and desires of our residents.  A busy mom on the go, Cheryl is a terrific organizer and communicator.  She learns about each of our residents and ensures that no one ever misses a favourite game, musician, or activity.
